United Civil Servants SACCO in partnership with Nico Life has introduced new funeral cover premiums for it’s members. Speaking in Lilongwe during the official launch of the premiums, Chief Executive Officer for United Civil Servants SACCO Francis Waliwa said the new premiums will help members access a range of funeral cover options and deal with financial stress during the loss of their loved ones.
The premiums secure the member, spouse, children and parents.
“Funeral costs can be a burden on families during the time of grief. Through this partnership with Nico Life, our members will have easy access to funeral cover benefits and have both emotional and financial relief since the funeral expenses shall be covered by the premiums.”Said Waliwa.

For his part, chief Executive Officer for Nico Life Wise Chigudu described the partnership as crucial as far as promoting quality funeral cover insurance is concerned.

The launch was held under the theme: Strength in Unity; a cover for all. During the launch, Chief Executive Officers for United Civil Servants SACCO and Nico Life signed the partnership agreement.
